• California Housing Finance Agency (CalHFA) - homebuyer programs, including downpayment and closing cost assistance, and foreclosure prevention resources
• Extra Credit Teacher Program - Teachers, Administrators, school Staff, who work in a High Priority school in California.  The ECTP teacher loan provides $7,500 to $15,000 for down payment that has an interest forgiveness feature when employed at the school for at least three years.
• GSFA Platinum Grant – Golden State Finance Authority offers 3-5% non-repayable grant
• CalVet Home Loans - for Veterans to buy a home in California
• Veterans Administration – 100% financing for eligible veterans
• Community Reinvestment Act – 100% financing, no PMI, income limits apply
• Habitat for Humanity - through volunteer labor, builds and rehabilitates houses for families in need
• USDA - homebuyer programs in rural communities; 100% financing, income restrictions apply
